MCT July Sneak Peek #4

It's our last day of July My Creative Time sneak peeks!  Have you liked what you've seen so far?  Well, I think you will love the fun sets we are sneaking today!  They are called Fun Speech Bubbles and Stitched Message Bubble Dies.

I used an inlaid die cut technique for my card today.  For the circles, I used the Bunch of Fun Circles  Dies.  The new Stitched Message Bubble Dies are really cute and include lots of speech bubbles with words built right into them, like you see here.  Then the Fun Speeech Bubbles set contains the dies that you can put behind the word dies (I cut them in white for this card), as well as coordinating stamps with adorable sentiments!

On the bottom of the card I added a sweet little sentiment from the Live Love Bark stamp and die set.

MCT July Sneak Peek #3

We're having another fun day of My Creative Time sneak peeks today!  I'm showcasing an awesome new die set called Trio Stitched Banners.  My card today is a 4 1/4" square card, and I actually pulled out my sewing machine to do a little stitching around the edges.

To make my trees, I made circles out of patterned paper using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.  The trunks were cut with my Silhouette, using the trunks from the Fall Trees cut.

Now here is the sneak peek for today!  Check out this banner!  It's one of three banners included in the Trio Stitched Banners die set.  Isn't it adorable?  It comes with score lines so that you can put some foam squares behind it and end up with a 3-D banner!  I stamped it with a sentiment from Follow Your Dreams.

MCT July Sneak Peek #2

It looks like all of you are just as excited about this release as the design team!  Well we have more fun sneaks for you today!  My little easel project is showcasing two of the three stamps sets that are being sneaked.

I found these adorable little wooden easels at Michael's, along with some wood rectangles that fit on them perfectly.  The wood rectangles measure at 3 1/2" x 4 1/2".  I took one and covered it with a piece of kraft cardstock that I had stamped with the new Grainy Wood Background Stamp, along with today's sneak, the gorgeous Dream Bigger sentiment stamp.  Isn't it fabulous?  Then I added strips of cream cardstock that I'd stamped with one of the border stamps from the other stamp set we're sneaking today, Geo Borders.  Love this set too!  It has several fun stamps that you can use for borders on your projects!  Lastly, I added a few flowers made with the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies.  This looks so cute sitting on my desk!

MCT July Sneak Peek #1

It's time for a week of sneak peeks of another fabulous My Creative Time release!!!  Today we are sneaking two awesome background stamps and a fun die!

I used the new Large Cloud Bubble Edge Die on this sweet birthday card for my dad.  I die cut "Happy" out of it using a die from Happy Thoughts and die cut it again out of patterned paper, and then nestled the patterned paper cut into the negative space.  The "birthday" sentiment is also from Happy Thoughts.

One of the new background stamps is an awesome woodgrain called Grainy Wood Background.  I stamped it on the fence that I made with one of the dies from Loyal Friends.  I've already used this stamp on a TON of projects!  The sweet little pup is also from Loyal Friends, and I made the grass with the Stitched Grass Die.

Now the second background stamp we are sneaking today is what I used to make this gorgeous alphabet background.  It's called Fun Letter Background.  I inked it up with Hero Arts Butter Bar ink and stamped it on Papertrey Ink Harvest Gold cardstock.  I love the look it created!  Both of the background stamps are really big so that you can use them on A2 cards that are orientated horizontally or vertically!

I made a little cluster of embellishments with some of my favorite My Creative Time products.  For the ticket, I used one of the Stitched Fun Ticket Dies, stamped it with an image from Holiday Tickets, added "goodbye" from Many Greetings, and then "summer" from Have Fun in the Sun.  The star was cut with one of the 3 Star Stitched Dies.  For the circle embellishment, the green circle was made with one of the dies from Bunch of Fun Circle Dies, the cream circle was made with the circle die from Scallop & Stitched Circle Dies, and it was stamped with a sentiment from All Around Everything and an apple from All Around Goodies.
