Aging to Perfection!

Hello!  It's been quite a while, and it feels so weird to not be crafting and blogging!  June was quite busy with the end of the school year and then our move to a new home.  Since then my days have been filled with decorating our new space, enjoying a long visit with good friends who travelled here from Philadelphia, and lots of get-togethers with friends and families.  I'm so thankful that this move happened in the summer, and it's given me the time to get everything organized so that I'll be all settled when school starts up again next month!

I am just starting to get into my craft room.  July is a big birthday month for my family, and my dad has a big one this year:  his 80th!  I made this card for him using the cute truck cut from the Cricut  Just Because Cards cartridge and the mountains from the Pop-Up Neighborhood cartridge.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Wow! So Many Candles!

  3. Sweet card Katie...your Dad will love it! It is so good to see a post from you...I have missed your posts. I am glad your move went well and you are enjoying the new house. I hope all goes well with the start of a new school year and I look forward to seeing some posts of cute cards you make for your students. Any quilting or sewing questions I can try to help. You are making a wall hanging or throw for the new house, right? ;)
