Throwback Thursday Challenge #8

It's Throwback Thursday Challenge time on Emma's My Creative Time blog! This week's challenge is to create a birthday themed project using the Celebrations Cricut cartridge. If you don't have that cartridge, you can use any older one. I don't have it, so I used Doodlecharms to make the cupcake on this card.

I had a few problems today. First, I glued down the pink page before stamping the polka dots on it. My solution was to cover up the surrounding green paper with post-its, and then stamp onto the pink. Luckily this worked with no accidents! Then, the sentiment that I stamped below "Wish Big" was originally stamped right onto the green paper, and it just didn't show up well. I had the idea to stamp it again on the berry paper to cover up the original, and I ended up liking this better!
