Last year I followed My Pink Stamper's video directions on how to make cute Tootsie Pop ghosts for my students. They were a big hit, so I decided to make them again this year. They are even cuter now since I used my Peachy Keen face stamps and a Boo! sentiment from My Pink Stamper's Spooky Puns stamp set.

Recipe:
Bleached White Basket Coffee Filters
Peachy Keen Basic Paper Doll Face Assortment
ekSuccess Ticket Punch
My Pink Stamper's Spooky Puns Stamp Set
Papertrey Ink Rustic Jute Button Twine, Kraft Cardstock, & True Black Ink
Tootsie Pops
I made these last year too Katie and they are a HUGE hit....with kids and adults alike. Great job :)
