Some News and a Challenge

I received some exciting news this morning! I've been chosen by Tracy, over at Craft Junkie Too, to be on one of her Fall design teams. She's put together two teams that will alternate weeks for posting projects. My first project will be next week. Be sure to stop by her blog to check out all of the other great new designers!

Emma, at My Creative Time, is hosting an Imagine Nation challenge today. We've been asked to create a project incorporating a stamped image or sentiment. I just whipped up this little A1 sized card for a coworker, who is celebrating her birthday tomorrow. The images are from the Imagine More cartridge. I cut them at 3", and then trimmed the banner going across to fit my card. To make my sentiment show up on the blue background, I embossed it with white embossing powder.

Recipe:
(all materials Papertrey Ink, unless otherwise specified)

4 7/8" x 7" Ocean Tides Cardstock, scored at 3 1/2"
4 5/8" x 3 1/4" Spring Moss Cardstock
White Bazzill Cardstock for Imagine Cuts

"Birthday Bash Sentiments" Stamp Set
Versamark Ink
White Filigree Embossing Powder
ColorBox Cat's Eye Chalk Ink
Seeing Spots Cuttlebug Folder
