Postmarks Card

Click here for the My Creative Time Blog Hop.

Today I have a card that I made with my new Papertrey Ink stamp set, "Postmarks." I think this will be a really fun set for making vintage style cards. My "postcard" is cut at 3" x 4". I used my Corner Chomper to round out the corners and then distressed the edges before inking it up. The cute stamp was made with the Postage Stamp die and more stamps from this set. For my text, I used "Background Basics: Text Style II" and just inked up enough of the stamp to fit on the left hand side of the postcard. Finally, I made the little tag with the "Tiny Tags" stamps and die.

Recipe:
(all materials Papertrey Ink)

8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Kraft Cardstock, scored at 4 1/4"
5 1/4" x 4" Rustic Cream Cardstock
5" x 3 3/4" Patterned Paper from the "Turning a New Leaf" Collection
"Postmarks" and "Tiny Tags" Stamps
Ripe Avocado, Smokey Shadow, Summer Sunrise, & Dark Chocolate Ink
"Postage" and "Tiny Tags" Dies
Rustic Jute Button Twine
