It's time for the September Papertrey Ink Blog Hop! I picked up some fun Christmas goodies at the last release, and I was so excited to play with them! For today's hop, we were asked to gain inspiration from the photo below. We could focus on the colors, the strips, or the repetition.
For my card, I focused on the repetition, creating three Christmas trees with repeating patterns. All of the stamps I used on this card are from the Papertrey Ink Love Lives Here: Holiday stamp set. The trees were cut using the Love Lives Here: Holiday Die Collection.
To add some dimension to the trees, I cut the base layer of each with a Papertrey Ink coaster and then added the layers using the Christmas Prints patterned paper.
Be sure to stop by Nichole Heady's blog to see everybody else's projects and to join in the fun today!
