It's day 2 of My Creative Time Sneak Peeks, and we've got some very festive stamp and die sets to share with you today! Aren't these martini glasses the cutest? They are from the new Cocktail Party Stitched Dies. The "Some days simply require a martini" sentiment is from the new Some Days Simply Require..." stamp set. Since my last week has been soooo crazy getting ready for the first day of school (which is today, by the way), I decided 3 martinis were actually required. I created an "or" stamp by masking out most of the letters on another stamp in this set that included the word "for". Then I added the "2" and "3" from MCT's Just Simply Live stamp and die set. The "..." is part of a stamp in Some Days Simply Require...
The martini die is so cute in that is has four different parts. Isn't that little olive adorable? To make the liquid appear to have smaller amounts in each glass, I die cut it and then ran it through my Vagabond in the die again, with the top half of the die cut hanging off of the die. This cut off that top half, but gave it the stitching across the top. The martinis are resting on some fun My Mind's Eye washi tape.
