MCT Scrapping the Little Things

It's Scrapping the Little Things with My Creative Time, and I had the urge to pull out some old pics and make a 12x12 layout!  I came across these old pics of my son, niece, and nephew.  It brought back such memories.  My son and nephew are in colleges across the country from each other now and are the best of friends, always texting each other and looking forward to seeing each other on vacations.  But at the time these pictures were taken, they were fiercely competitive and fought all the time.  That middle picture of them racing down the dune is a perfect example!

I used a Jana Eubanks' sketch for my inspiration on the layout.  For the three action shots, I framed them with mats made with the smallest of the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies.  The other picture is matted with a frame made with the 4x4 Journal Die.

I spelled out my title using the Uppercase Fun Dies, Lowercase Fun Dies, and Number Dies + Add Ons.  To make my journaling card, I die cut a tag with the Tag Dies and stamped lines on it with a stamp from Get Schooled.  I also added a sentiment from Surf's Up.  Finally, I added a few die-cut beachballs  made with dies from Surf's Up.

Be sure to stop by Emma's blog to see what she and the rest of the team have to share with you today!
