MCT Leap for Joy... It's Sale Time!

Good morning and welcome to the My Creative Time "Leap for Joy Sale Blog Hop!"  We have a 24 Hour Only Sale that is going on right NOW!  In honor of Leap Year, we are releasing a new set of dies:  Pretty Bold Numbers!  So many of you purchased the Pretty Bold Letters and these new dies coordinate PERFECTLY!  Use the code LEAPYEAR16 at checkout to get 20% off your entire order!  Sale applies to in-stock items only!  This sale will end on March 1, 2016 at 12 AM, PST!

Now, you should have arrived here from the very talented Jessica.  If you just happened upon here, you might want to head over to Emma's blog, to the beginning of the hop.

My card today is for a boy who is turning nine, so I thought it would be fun to use the new number dies to die cut a bunch of numbers out of white cardstock, but ink up the nine with some Tim Holtz Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink, to make it really stand out!  I love the large size and fun font of these new number dies!  To help the nine "float away," I die cut some balloons from the Stitched Party Dies and inked them up with Twisted Citron, Carved Pumpkin, and Mustard Seed Distress Ink.  I adhered all of these to a base created with the largest of the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies.  The sentiment is from Plane & Simple, and I finished off the card with some Neat & Tangled sequins.

Here is a closer look at the new dies.  They are available now in the My Creative Time Store!
