MCT Made In Minutes Monday

It's Made in Minutes Monday with My Creative Time, and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time for me!  We had a book fair at our school last week, and many of my students generously bought books for my classroom library.  I needed to make about a dozen thank you notes quickly!  Well, when Emma came out with the little card die in the Just a Note set earlier this year, I knew it would be perfect for making cards for my students.  They fold up and tuck into a little flap, eliminating the need for envelopes!

I came up with a quick card design that uses scraps of my patterned paper and cardstock, and I whipped up a dozen of these in no time.  Here are a few examples.  I used one of the Stitched Squares Dies Inside & Out to cut my patterned paper, and then used the "thanks" bubble from Stitched Message Bubbles Dies, layered on top of the coordinating die cut made from one of the dies from Fun Speech Bubbles.  Easy, fun, and the kids loved them!
