It's Thoughtful Thursday with My Creative Time, a day to make a card for somebody to let them know that you are thinking of them. Sadly, I needed to make a sympathy card for somebody special to me, but the beautiful new Build a Fall Wreath set helped me to make a really pretty one. I started by die cutting a bunch of the leaves from this set, stamping them in all different fall colors. I have lots left over for future projects. I then used the largest dies from Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More and MORE Stitched Rectangular Dies to die cut my white and woodgrain background rectangles. To get a nice circle for my wreath, I traced one of the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. Then it was easy to glue down the leaves along that circle.
Finally, I heat embossed a sentiment, from My Thoughts are With You, on a piece of cardstock that I trimmed with one of the More Stitched Edges Dies and adhered that down.
