MCT Cook 'N Craft

It's Cook 'N Craft with My Creative Time! Let's start with the crafting.  The new MCT Christmas Greetings Kit has put me in the mood to make Christmas cards!  I used the ornament and star die from the kit, along with the "string" dies to hang my ornaments.  They are a little hard to see in the photo, since I used silver paper.  The J and the Y were cut with the Uppercase Fun Dies and the pine boughs were cut with dies from Fun Stitched Ornaments & More.  I used the Scallop Stitched Square Dies for the background.

Now onto the cooking!  Since I did this all on Sunday, I made one of my favorite lunch recipes so that I could fill up some bento boxes for a few lunches for this week.  One Pot Mediterranean Quinoa with Spinach is delicious!  Click here for the recipe.

I love these bento box containers that I bought from Amazon.  They come in a set of 4 and stack nicely in my fridge.
