It's Anything Goes with My Creative Time! Today I have a pick-me-up card to share that I made for a friend. In June, I went to "The Coloring Challenge Road Trip" class with Kathy Racoosin. While there, the sweet Maria from cardbomb.com gave each of us a little goodie bag, and this heat embossed background was in mine. I had fun inking it up with Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, Mermaid Lagoon, and Blueprint Sketch for this card! After inking up the "hugs" die cut from the Fun Notes stamp and die set, I realized it was too busy on top of the background, so I used one of the More Stitched Circles Dies to cut a circle out of the background. That left a nice white space for the "hugs," "sending lots of," which I heat embossed on black cardstock, and a couple of hearts, which I die cut out of the negative space using heart dies from Summer Vibes.
OMG Miss Katie What a GORGEOUS card!!! The colors are so pretty and your creative ideas are Brilliant and sure make for a Magnificent Card!! You so come up with great ideas always as you spread the Miss Emma Craftabulous way using her Awesome Goodies!! YOU so ROCK!!
