Kids' Post-It Holders

Last Friday was our last day of school, and I made a little post-it note holder for each of my students.  I surveyed them ahead of time on their favorite colors, sports, and animals so that I could personalize each one.  I learned how to make these a couple of years ago through a great tutorial from Made by Momo.  The video I've linked has a few different projects in it, but you'll see the Post-it holder at around 6 1/2 minutes into the video.

Here are some of the ones I made.  I'll list below each pic where the cut and embossing folders are from.

Monkey:  Cricut Create a Critter & Cuttlebug Stylized Flowers
Dog:  Cricut Boys Will be Boys & Cuttlebug Honeycomb

Wolf:  Cricut Noah's ABCs & Cuttlebug Seeing Spots
Elephant:  Cricut Noah's ABCs & Cuttlebug Stylized Flowers

Penguin:  Cricut Noah's ABCs & Cuttlebug Spots & Dots
Rabbit:  Cricut American Alphabet & Cuttlebug Honeycomb

Karate Boy:  Silhouette Cut & Papertrey Ink Star Spangled Impression Plate
Dog:  Silhouette Cut & Cuttlebug Honeycomb

Football:  Cricut Boys Will be Boys & Cuttlebug Bricks
Shark:  Cricut Birthday Bash & Cuttlebug Mesh Texture

I packaged each one in a cellophane bag.

I then added a cute little tag made with My Creative Time's Scallop & Stitched Circle Dies, stamped with a sentiment from All Around Everything & an image from All Around Everything Accessories.

Thank You Gift Bag

Here's a QUICK way to dress up a gift bag.  I bought some treats for a friend who had helped me out lately, and I only had a few minutes to turn an ordinary kraft gift bag into something cute.

I think this "Thank You" word art is so pretty!  I cut it and its shadow at 3" from the Cricut American Alphabet cartridge that is built into my Cricut Expresion 2 Anniversary Edition.

I made these gorgeous flower using the My Creative Time Rolled Flower Dies.  The leaves were cut with the Cuttlebug Daisy Quilling Kit.  This seriously took no time at all, but made the recipient feel extra special!
