Pretty Christmas Tag

Before I get started, I want to thank all of you who went to Facebook and voted for me in the Cricut Classroom Project.  I really appreciate it, and my fingers are crossed!

While my Gypsy is in the Provocraft hospital, I'm doing some old school crafting.  I know it's a bit early for Christmas, but I just got some of the new Papertrey Ink Christmas stamp sets that I couldn't wait to use.  For this tag, I used the Holiday Lights set.  To dress it up, I heat embossed the light string with silver embossing powder, and then I added Glossy Accents to each of my stamped bulbs.  I love the shine and dimension it gave to them!  My tag shape was die cut with the My Creative Time XL Label Die.

Recipe:

Papertrey Ink Rustic Cream Cardstock
My Creative Time "XL Label Die"
Papertrey Ink "Holiday Lights" Stamp Set
Versamark Ink
Silver Filigree Embossing Powder
Papertrey Ink Pure Poppy, Summer Sunrise, New Leaf, & Hawaiian Shores Ink
Glossy Accents
Recollections Eyelet
Papertrey Ink Pure Poppy Baker's Twine

  1. This is so cute. I absolutely love how the bulbs came out. They look like candy but then again it's late and I'm hungry, LOL

  6. Oh so pretty! OK, I have to ask now...where do you all find these "Glossy Accents"??? Can you get them at Hobby Lobby or Joanns? If so, what area of the store are they in? I think I need to get some!
