MCT Inspire Me Tuesday

It's Inspire Me Tuesday with My Creative Time, which is the day we make a project based on something that has inspired us.  I live near San Francisco, and my sisters live near Sacramento.  On the drive between our homes, there is a lot of farmland.  On one long drive, I was struck by a lone cow standing on top of a hill with a beautiful sky behind him.  I just had to make a card depicting this scene!

The My Creative Time Cartoon Cloud Background Stamp was just perfect to create my sky.  I used various sizes of the Sizzix Framelits Circle Dies and assorted patterned papers to make my hills, and the cow was made with a Papertrey Ink's On the Farm die.

I thought this sweet sentiment from MCT's This & That went so well with the scene, and I added a cute little heart from MCT's Stitched Heart Layering Dies.  A little machine stitching all around the edges "frames" the scene.

Be sure to stop by My Creative Time to see what Emma and the rest of the design team created for you to today!

  4. I am so lucky to see cows every day as they are across the street...horses too. They got out Sunday night and were still trying to track them down and get them back home when I went to bed at 2pm :D I really like that die cut and how pretty your scene looks. The clouds look amazing. Super card!
