I loved the tutorial Nichole Heady did for Papertrey Ink's Make it Monday this past week, so I had to give it a try myself. I used sponge daubers to get stripes of raspberry fizz, berry sorbet, orange zest, and summer sunrise ink on white cardststock, and then used a paintbrush to get the "splotches" of water on it. Once it dried, I ran it through my Vagabond with the Wonderful Words: Birthday Die and then cut the word again out of black cardstock and nestled it back into the opening. The "HAPPPY" stamp is from Stylish Sentiments: Birthday. The resulting card is 3" x 4".
