You are Fabulous Shaker Card

A friend of mine just got a new job, so I wanted to make her a little celebration card.  I made this shaker using my Cricut Explore.  I took a balloon from the Cricut Stretch Your Imagination cartridge and used the "slice" tool to cut it out of a rectangle.  I then cut this out twice, once out of white cardstock, and once out of fun foam.  I then took the same balloon, enlarged it a bit, and sliced a circle out of its center, cutting it in pink to make the balloon outline, which I adhered to the white cardstock.  I adhered some clear cardstock between the white cardstock and fun foam layers, but first I decorated the white cardstock with stamps from Papertrey Ink's Birthday Style and My Creative Time's You Are Fabulous.  I then added some Neat and Tangled sequins, added a stamped backing, and adhered the whole thing down to a pink card base.
